Several training courses are offered free of charge to members of the health and social services network. The new training session begins on January 27, 2026.

Ten topics are offered in different formats (e-learning, webinars, regular or specialized training):

  • Managing children’s sexual behaviours
  • Children’s sexual behaviours: when typical becomes problematic
  • Intervention in the context of a disclosure of sexual violence or suspected sexual violence
  • Supporting the loved ones of children who are victims of sexual violence
  • Sexual violence within sibling relationships
  • Sexuality education for children aged 12 and under
  • Lantern: preventing sexual violence among children aged 0–5
  • Intervention with young victims of sexual violence
  • Cognitive-behavioural approach focused on trauma resolution
  • Foundational knowledge about sexual violence against young people and its consequences

Early Childhood Sector Staff

The Lantern Program has been deployed for several years and aims to prevent sexual violence among toddlers aged 0–5 through positive sexuality education and the promotion of equitable relationships.

This training is offered at the regular price for all professionals working with young children and their parents.

School Sector Staff

Preschool and Elementary

Three trainings designed to support elementary school staff in their interventions with children displaying sexualized behaviours are offered.
Our trainings also equip staff with best practices for receiving a disclosure of sexual assault.

We currently have a few spots available in French and English for the support staff training, as well as a few spots in English for the preschool-level training.

Secondary School

Five trainings related to sexuality education and the prevention of sexual violence and online sexual violence for youth aged 12 to 17 are offered free of charge.

Mi-Temps Project
The Mi-Temps project offers two training modules for adults involved in the school setting to help prevent sexual violence and online sexual violence among youth athletes aged 12 to 17. This first 2-hour module covers the basics of sexual violence and explores its specific features in a sports context.

Socio-Judicial Sector
