This 90-minute webinar presents the basic content of the 6.5-hour course.
The issue of sexual assault during childhood is a specific field of practice for which many caseworkers say they are ill-equipped. This training is designed to provide theoretical and practical knowledge about working with parents of children victims of sexual assault. It will allow participants to practice specific intervention skills related to the family crisis in connection with disclosure as well as the modalities of individual and joint intervention with the parents.

Make participants aware of the potential consequences for the family of a disclosure of sexual assault by a child and the need for parental support.
