On May 15, 2019, at Entrepôts Dominion, Montréal’s top chefs paired up with CFOs from Québec’s biggest corporations to concoct a gourmet feast for 150 CFOs and other professionals from the business community in the aim of supporting Marie-Vincent Foundation. It was THE place to be for Québec’s biggest businesses.
The chef duos were:
- Stéphane Lefebvre of Groupe Cirque du Soleil and Alexandre El Cherif of restaurant 3734
- Jean-Hugues Lafleur of Hydro-Québec and Simon Mathys of restaurant Manitoba
- Renée St-Onge of MTY Group and Frédéric Dufort of restaurants Chez Lionel and 425F
- Jean-Philippe Towner of Pomerleau and Maxime Gagné, cooking teacher at École des métiers de la restauration et du tourisme de Montréal
- Ginette Maillé of Aéroports de Montréal and Franco Parreira of Parreira Traiteur
- Donald LeCavalier of Transcontinental and Stéphanie Labelle of Pâtisserie Rhubarbe
To date, this event has helped raise nearly $3 million to support young victims of sexual violence.
We’d like to sincerely thank our CFO chefs and our professional chefs, as well as all our donors, sponsors, participants and volunteers, without whom we could never have raised such an impressive amount.
And a special thank-you to our organizing committee: François De Broux (Scotiabank), Judith Bellehumeur (Deloitte), Sonya Branco (CAE), Carl Gauvreau (FEI), Johanne M. Lépine (Aon Parizeau inc.), Richard O’Doherty (McCarthy Tétrault) and François Thibault (Metro).
