Professionals in the socio-judicial sector
Professionals in the socio-judicial sector play a key role in supporting children victim of sexual violence and their loved ones throughout their socio-judicial trajectory.
To meet their needs, several training formats are offered (French only for the moment).
- Training (7 h): Accompagner l’enfant victime de violence sexuelle et ses proches à travers la trajectoire sociojudiciaire
- Online training courses (2 h): Les connaissances de base sur la violence sexuelle envers les jeunes et ses conséquences

School staff
Preschool
New training starting this fall!
To complement our training offer for the primary school network, a new program will be launched this Fall: “Les comportements sexualisés et le dévoilement d’agression sexuelle – Mieux les comprendre et intervenir auprès des enfants de 4 à 6 ans en contexte scolaire.” (French only for the moment.)
This training covers the psychosexual development of children aged 4-6, sexualized behaviours, disclosures and recommended interventions.

Two 3-hour training courses are offered free of charge, in English and French, to primary school staff across Quebec:

These training courses are available thanks to the financial support of the ministère de l’Éducation du Québec.
Secondary
Four training courses related to sexuality education and the prevention of sexual violence among youth aged 12 to 17 are offered free of charge (French only for the moment). New dates will be added shortly.
- Prévention et intervention en contexte de cyberviolence sexuelle : les meilleures pratiques (Module 1, 2 h)
- Implantation d’une stratégie concrète de prévention de la cyberviolence sexuelle par les pairs – APP (Module 2, 3 h 30)
- Jeu web Zones sensibles : une stratégie pédagogique interactive d’éducation à la sexualité et de prévention de la violence sexuelle (1 h 30)
- Connaissances sur l’exploitation sexuelle, la traite de personnes et les meilleures pratiques préventives en milieu scolaire (3h)
These training courses are available thanks to the financial support of the Secrétariat à la condition féminine et du Secrétariat à la jeunesse du Québec.
Members of the health and social services network
Several training courses are offered free of charge to members of the health and social services network (French only for the moment). The next training session starts on September 23, 2025.
Ten themes are covered, offered in different formats (online training, webinars, regular or specialized training):
- Managing sexual behaviours in children
- Sexual Behaviour in Children: When Normal Becomes Problematic
- Intervening in situations of sexual violence disclosure or suspicion
- Supporting relatives of children who are victims of sexual violence
- Sexual violence within sibling relationships
- Sex education for children aged 12 and under
- Lantern program: sexual violence prevention for children aged 0 to 5
- Intervention with young victims of sexual violence (ICC-VVS)
- Trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT)
- Basic knowledge on sexual violence against youth and its consequences
These training courses are available thanks to the financial support of Santé Québec.
Personnel in the early childhood sector
The Lanterne Program has been deployed for several years to prevent sexual violence among children aged 0 to 5 through positive sex education and the promotion of egalitarian relationships.
This training is offered at the regular rate for all professionals working with young children and their parents (French only for the moment).

For Family Child Care Provider (RSGE):
Take advantage of one last chance to access the training at a reduced rate ($20 per person)! The program for RSGEs will end in June 2026.
