Because hope is cultivated through concrete actions, collective engagement and a shared desire to protect young survivors of sexual violence, this exceptional evening will bring together nearly 200 leaders from the finance community for a distinctive philanthropic experience where food becomes a space for collaboration and engagement.
True to the signature of the event, teams made up of recognized chefs and invited CFOs will take part in creating the menu in a format that puts culinary expertise at the service of the cause.

Leaders from the finance sector take on the culinary challenge alongside renowned chefs, in a spirit of collaboration and commitment to the cause.
Jean-François Pruneau joined Transat as Chief Financial Officer in January 2024. He has more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles within major Québec-based and Canadian organizations.
Over the course of his career, he has held various finance leadership positions, notably at BCE Media, Canadian National Railway (CN) and Québecor, where he spent nearly 17 years and progressed to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, before joining Vidéotron as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Transat, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Starpax Biopharma. Jean-François also lectured at HEC Montréal for nearly a decade.
Jean-François Pruneau holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Montréal and has been a member of the CFA Institute Montréal Society since 2000. After serving as Chair of the Board of the Sablon Foundation from 2012 to 2025, he now holds the position of Vice-Chair.
His honours and distinctions include the “Chief Financial Officer of a Large Corporation” Award, presented in 2015 by the Québec chapter of Financial Executives International Canada.
teve Perron was appointed Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of CGI in October 2022. He is responsible for the company’s global financial operations. In this capacity, he also oversees controllership, treasury, taxation, investment management, internal audit, real estate, risk management and global procurement functions. He serves on the Executive Management Committee, which oversees the implementation of the group’s growth strategy.
With a strong background in the manufacturing sector, Marie-Eve brings over 15 years of experience in strategic finance, with a focus on managing growth in international environments, leading key strategic initiatives, as well as overseeing acquisitions and restructurings. She is recognized for her expertise in fostering a culture of financial discipline that supports sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
Passionate about retail, Mr. Lachance brings over 15 years of experience within highly successful public organizations in both Canada and international markets. After spending a decade at Dollarama as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer, he held a similar role at Couche-Tard, where he was also involved in several major international acquisitions. More recently, Mr. Lachance led Groupe Dynamite’s initial public offering in 2024, where he continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lachance also sits on the Board of Directors of the Québec Retail Council, where he chairs the Audit Committee. Finally, in 2023, Mr. Lachance was recognized by Brandan Wood International as one of the top executives in investor relations.
A strategic and visionary leader, Annie serves as Chief Financial Officer at PixMob. With a strong background in financial leadership within rapidly transforming organizations, she has built a reputation for combining operational rigor with sustainable growth. Prior to joining PixMob, she successfully led multiple financial restructurings, generating significant cost savings while optimizing overall organizational performance.
At PixMob, Annie oversees the implementation of robust financial processes to support rapid international growth. More than a steward of numbers, she acts as a true business partner to VPs, guiding strategic decision-making and playing a pivotal role during acquisition phases. Her vision enables financial challenges to become drivers of innovation.

Jason Schonfeld joined Groupe Vision New Look in November 2015 as Director of Corporate Development, where he was primarily responsible for mergers and acquisitions.
Over the years, he has held several leadership roles within Groupe Vision New Look, including Chief Financial Officer of IRIS and Senior Vice President, Business Development. He has served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2022.
Renowned chefs from the Montreal culinary scene bring their talent and creativity to a unique gastronomic experience created especially for the CFO Dinner.
The culinary coordination for the event is overseen by Marc-André Jetté, a recognized chef and restaurateur, who accompanies the chefs and ensures coherence in the gastronomic experience.
A renowned chef and seasoned entrepreneur, Marc-André Jetté brings more than 20 years of experience in the culinary world. He leads the restaurants Hoogan et Beaufort and Annette Bar à Vin, both located at Shops Angus in Montréal, where he offers an elegant, precise cuisine rooted in the quality of local ingredients.
Trained at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), Marc-André further refined his craft in prestigious establishments, including the Michelin-starred restaurant Richard Coutanceau in France.
In 2011, he co-founded the restaurant Les 400 Coups, which was quickly ranked among the best in the country. He later became a key figure on Montréal’s culinary scene through a series of innovative ventures, including Hoogan et Beaufort Événement, a high-end catering service, and Édouard et Léo, an artisanal butcher shop.
In 2025, both Hoogan et Beaufort and Annette Bar à Vin received recognition from the Michelin Guide, highlighting the exceptional quality and consistency of their cuisine.
Marc-André Jetté is known for his attention to detail, his mastery of textures and flavours, and his strong commitment to local producers. His culinary approach combines creativity, discipline and authenticity.
Driven by generous creativity, Saguenay designs distinctive menus that celebrate the richness of local terroir and the abundance of the seasons. His creations evolve with nature’s rhythm, always prioritizing freshness, authenticity, and the pleasure of sharing.
After more than six years with Groupe Hoogan et Beaufort, first as restaurant chef and later as executive chef of Hoogan et Beaufort Événements, he now leads his own venture, Récoltes Traiteur, launched in the summer of 2025.
A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), Melissa Tringle quickly established herself as a talented and passionate pastry chef. After completing her studies, she refined her craft at the prestigious Laurie Raphaël restaurant in Québec City, where she developed a keen sense of creativity and attention to detail, along with a refined approach to flavours and textures.
In 2016, she joined the Hoogan et Beaufort team as a pastry chef. From the outset, her expertise, discipline and creative vision set her apart. Over the years, she has contributed not only to the evolution of the restaurant’s desserts, but also to shaping the sweet identity of the Hoogan & Beaufort group. By combining innovation with a strong respect for local and seasonal ingredients, she quickly became a key reference within the team.
Eight years later, Melissa now holds the position of Executive Pastry Chef of the Hoogan & Beaufort group. In this role, she oversees the creation and production of desserts across all of the group’s establishments, coordinates pastry teams and ensures consistently high standards of excellence. Her philosophy is rooted in balance—between indulgence, elegance and coherence with the chef’s cuisine.
Her desserts express a subtle balance of technique, creativity and generosity.
This year, Nadia Fournier joins the CFO Dinner to curate the food and wine pairings — a new addition to the 2026 edition. A renowned wine columnist, author and taster, she offers pairings designed to highlight each course and enrich guests’ experience throughout the evening.
To date, the CFO Dinner has helped raise more than $3.6 million to support Marie-Vincent’s mission.

Gabriel Grenier is a Director within the Corporate Financing group at TD Securities in Montréal. He has several years of experience during which he has been involved in numerous mandates related to mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings and equity capital raises.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, he is actively involved in the community, supporting several causes and serving on various committees focused on philanthropy and the development of future business leaders. Prior to joining TD Securities, Gabriel began his career as a software programmer. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
Benoit Brunet is Senior Director, Québec. In this role, he oversees the analysis, negotiation and execution of investment opportunities.
Prior to joining La Caisse in 2021, Mr. Brunet served as Vice President, Business Strategy at Osisko Gold Royalties, where his mandate focused on identifying high-potential business opportunities and negotiating financial instruments for new investments. Before that, he worked with several Québec-based companies in the finance sector.
Mr. Brunet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from ESG UQAM and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Sébastien Perron-Carle is Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking at Scotiabank. In this role, he supports Québec-based companies in the context of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. He joined Scotiabank in 2019 and holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
In addition to his involvement with the CFO Dinner, Sébastien has served on the Board of Directors of Marie-Vincent since December 2024 and is a member of its Finance Committee.
