Looking Back on a Year of Impact

Looking Back on a Year of Impact

Looking Back on a Year of Impact

This year, once again, our work has reached out to young victims, their families, the professionals who support them daily, and the entire community committed to better protection.

Because training and prevention equip people. Because supporting means restoring power. Because raising awareness moves society forward.

Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve accomplished together between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026.

Young people and families supported

7,758 clinical follow-up sessions with young people and their parents were conducted across our two centers in Montreal and Montérégie, in response to 326 new service requests. On average, this represents 19 sessions per person in psychotherapy, 14 in psychosocial follow-up, and 8 in service entry. This meant 295 young people supported and 136 parents who received assistance to strengthen their capacity to support their child’s healing process. Our average wait time continued to decrease, dropping from 16.5 months in 2022-2023 to 7 months this year. Our ultimate goal: 6 months. Thanks to the support of our generous donors and funders, we’re getting close!

Thousands of professionals equipped

330 training sessions were delivered to over 6,550 professionals across Quebec and beyond, in school, early childhood, sociojudicial, community, and health settings. Ten prevention projects were deployed with around a hundred partner organizations, and over 35 tools were developed or enhanced. Because the more adults around young people are trained, the stronger the safety net becomes.

A movement that’s growing, thanks to you

Our two signature fundraising events generated over one million dollars combined: more than $460,000 at the CFOs’ Dinner and nearly $570,000 at Marvin on the Rock × Ombré 2025. About ten third-party organized events raised over $45,000 additional. From one end of Quebec to the other, it’s a collective mobilization that continues to grow.

This year, public funding represented 43% of our revenue, while private donations and other income made up 57%. This generosity is essential to continuing our mission. To keep building the future together, make a donation today.
