With over 15 years of professional experience, Véronique is recognized for her collaborative leadership, her ease in building relationships, and her strategic and impactful approach.
Having started her career as a high school teacher, she chose to redirect her path by completing a master’s degree in international relations, which led her to key positions in communications, first within the federal government, then at Mouvement Desjardins. She held several functions there, notably in government relations, before becoming strategic advisor to the President of the Movement. She played an active role in several major files, including internationally, while contributing to the organization of important events.
Eager to contribute concretely to reducing social inequalities, she founded, in 2012, the Montreal chapter of Dress for Success, an organization that supports vulnerable women in their search for economic independence. For nearly 7 years, including 3 as board chair, she led the organization and oversaw its philanthropic development. While showcasing her entrepreneurial side and ease in managing teams, this experience confirmed her desire to continue her career in philanthropy serving meaningful causes.
Thus, it is driven by this deep desire that Véronique joined the Marie-Vincent team in September 2025.
The cause that Marie-Vincent carries touches us all and we have a duty as a society to take care of our youth and our children. It is this conviction that drives me to rally ever more partners to support us in our mission.

It is with great enthusiasm that I joined the Marie-Vincent team as Deputy Director of Clinical Services in August 2025.
The fight against sexual violence has been close to my heart for several years. I had the opportunity to be Clinical Director at the Centre de prévention et d’intervention pour les victimes d’agression sexuelle (CPIVAS) in Laval until June 2025, where I held functions very similar to those I now hold at Marie Vincent.
My academic background is rich and varied. In 2016, I completed a doctorate in medicine at the Université de Montréal, then completed part of the residency in family medicine at Université Laval. Through my clinical experience, I found that the field of intervention did not suit me quite well. I thus chose to pursue my path towards clinical research, then developed an interest in health services management. I therefore completed my academic training by obtaining, in May 2025, a master’s degree in health services management at the Université de Montréal.
My management approach is inclusive, caring and focused on mobilizing individual strengths in service of a shared vision.
On a more personal note, I particularly enjoy hot yoga, hiking and horror films. I’m always up for a movie or outdoor outing!
Eszter holds a master’s degree in psychoeducation. Since 2013, she has accumulated rich and varied experiences in public and community settings. From the beginning of her career, she oriented her practice towards vulnerable populations and the optimization of services intended for them.
She joined the Marie-Vincent team in May 2021 as a psychosocial worker. For four years, she supported young victims of sexual violence, children exhibiting problematic sexual behaviours, as well as their loved ones. These experiences allowed her to develop a nuanced understanding of clinical and organizational issues, as well as a comprehensive vision of the services offered by Marie-Vincent.
In August 2025, Eszter was appointed Deputy Director of Clinical Services. She now contributes to the mobilization and development of her team’s clinical strengths, while relying on a collaborative structure that supports the continuous evolution of Marie-Vincent’s expertise.
“My work at Marie-Vincent allows me to witness, every day, the courage and resilience of young people, as well as the dedication of the teams that support them. It is a privilege to contribute to building a world without sexual violence!”
