More specifically, the project targets <strong>professionals<\/strong> who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with youths aged 12 to 17<\/li>\n<li>Operate within the health and social services network or youth community organizations<\/li>\n<li>Wish to implement the Heads or Tails project in their professional setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project also directly supports <strong>at-risk youths<\/strong>, particularly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Those in the care of the health and social services network<\/li>\n<li>Those frequenting community-based youth organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A customized version of Heads or Tails is also available for <strong>schools<\/strong> to meet their specific needs. Professionals who have completed the two training modules are equipped with tools to facilitate the following workshops:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-awareness, assertiveness, and self-esteem<\/li>\n<li>Egalitarian relationships in romantic, family, and friendship contexts<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment scenarios and protective strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These workshops involve short film screenings, guided discussions, and individual reflection activities in a personal journal to help youths engage in self-exploration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\n\n\t\t<section class=\"text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Heads or Tails adaptation for schools consists of a 3.5-hour training session designed for all school staff members (special education technicians, psychoeducators, sexologists, teachers, etc.) who are comfortable addressing the issues of sexual exploitation and human trafficking with students.<\/p>\n<p>Topics covered in this training include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sexual exploitation and human trafficking of adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Identifying risk factors and vulnerability indicators<\/li>\n<li>Effective approaches to prevent sexual exploitation and human trafficking of adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Responding to disclosures of sexual violence in group or individual settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, this training provides tools to facilitate prevention activities and better recognize risk factors in young
