they?<\/h3>\n<p>Advisory services aim to provide information on sexual violence (for youth under 18) and sexual behaviour problems (for children under 12).<\/p>\n<p>They also help practitioners identify the most appropriate interventions to implement.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: Advisory services do not include psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<h3>Who is this service for?<\/h3>\n<p>For practitioners in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the health and social services network;<\/li>\n<li>community organizations;<\/li>\n<li>police services;<\/li>\n<li>the education and early childhood sector;<\/li>\n<li>professionals in private practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How can an appointment be made?<\/h3>\n<p>Professionals who want to schedule a telephone appointment must contact Marie-Vincent reception.<\/p>\n<p>Available time slots will be offered.<\/p>\n<p>This is not an emergency service: the callback timeframe may vary between 48 and 72 business class=\"text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>What is it?<\/h3>\n<p>Professional consultation is a short-term support service that helps professionals develop or deepen their knowledge of sexual violence and sexual behaviour problems, and strengthen their assessment and intervention skills, including psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Who is this service for?<\/h3>\n<p>For practitioners in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>health and social services;<\/li>\n<li>community organizations;<\/li>\n<li>police services;<\/li>\n<li>the education and early childhood sector<\/li>\n<li>private practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How can it be accessed?<\/h3>\n<p>This service can be made available following an advisory services appointment, when needs go beyond simple informational support or relate directly to psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<p>In such cases, and with the professional\u2019s consent, the request is forwarded to clinical services coordination, which will arrange a appointment based on team availability.<\/p>\n<h3>\nService modalities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Offered free of charge;<\/li>\n<li>Provided by a psychotherapist from the clinical team;<\/li>\n<li>Usually one to two calls lasting 45 to 60 minutes;<\/li>\n<li>If needs exceed the scope of the service, the person will be encouraged to seek external supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\nGood to know<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des psychologues du Qu\u00e9bec, the professional receiving this service must complete the formal consultation consent form.<\/p>\n<p>This service is distinct from supervision; it does not provide direct guidance for professional
