Alexandre L’Heureux joins Marie-Vincent’s Board of Directors

Marie-Vincent is proud to announce that Alexandre L’Heureux, President and Chief Executive Officer at WSP, will now serve on its Board of Directors. A governor of our 2020-2023 major fundraising campaign cabinet, Mr. L’Heureux has been actively involved with Marie-Vincent since 2019. His extensive financial sector experience and solid reputation in strategic leadership will undoubtedly help further our mission.

Mr. L’Heureux holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. He joined WSP as its Chief Financial Officer in 2010, a position he held until he became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Recognized for his vision and determination to have a positive impact on the world. He has been instrumental in WSP’s growth, which has expanded to over 67,000 employees worldwide.

By joining the ranks of the Marie-Vincent Board of Directors, he has reasserted his commitment to the protection and well-being of young victims of sexual violence.

“Success is not measured solely in terms of overall numbers. It also lies in our ability to have a positive impact in other people’s lives. And that is what Marie-Vincent strives to achieve both by helping victims of sexual violence and through its prevention work. I look forward to continuing to work for this cause as a member of the Board of Directors. Together, we will draw on our resources and expertise to build a protective community around our kids,” adds Mr. L’Heureux.
